Dear Friends:
Winter is a fantastic opportunity to welcome new challenges, set specific goals, and put forth intentions to live a happy,
healthy, and well-balanced year.
This January we will be welcoming a new baby to our family and are looking forward to enjoying every moment of this new
chapter in our lives.
I am also excited about beginning my new post-natal shapeup, which will include a number of cross training workouts and a
focus on good, clean eating.

I am also pleased to announce a new addition to the Baby Blast Class, my own son Allister.
