Turn up the intensity with 60-minutes of personal training in a group setting.
Speed drills, resistance training and core conditioning will kick-start your metabolism and turn you into a calorie-burning machine!
Suitable for all fitness levels. Come once or twice a week. You will also get:

» Before/Mid/After Measurements
» Meal Plan
» Workout Program (to be done on the days I don't see you)

* Light hand-weights and resistance tubing required for some classes.

Baby Blast Stroller Bootcamp

One of the most effective programs to banish baby weight AND you can do it with your little one!
This intense group training session will help you target trouble spots, rev-up your metabolism, and make you stronger to carry around baby.
You will also get a customized workout plan to do at home, plus before and after measurements to assess progress.
Suitable for babies 6 weeks to one year.

(You may need to wait 8 weeks if you've had a Cesarean delivery.)

Unlock the secrets to achieving your ideal physique!

You may be surprised to learn it's about more than exercise, nutrition, or how much water you drink. In this 60-minute toning and cardio workout, we also talk about the power of thoughts, overcoming limited beliefs, and how to build up your self-confidence.

You will also take action through a specially designed strength, cardio and nutrition program customized just for you. All levels welcome.
