The Power of the Subconscious Mind, Dr. Joseph Murphy
In the landmark, best-selling self help book The Power of the Subconscious Mind, Dr. Joseph Murphy teaches you that your
habitual thinking and paradigms fashion and create your destiny; for as a man thinketh in his subconscious mind, so is he. It
answers the big question, why do some people appear so lucky and get all the breaks, while others experience nothing but bad
luck. A fantastic read that is sure to inspire true understanding.
Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill
Napoleon Hill spent 20 years researching 500 of the most successful people of his time and found their common threads. He put
those "secrets" in a book called "Think and Grow Rich". It is a phenomenal book and I have seen it change many lives including
my own. Hill's timeless concepts can be applied to all areas of your life including health, wellness, career and
relationships.
10 Secrets for Success and Inner Peace, Dr. Wayne Dyer
An easy read, Dr. Wayne Dyer's 10 Secrets for Success and Inner Peace inspires you to listen to your own inner wisdom, while
setting intentions for a happy, well-balanced life. Dyer also talks about how you can't solve a problem with the same mind
that created it, and the importance of treating yourself as if you already are what you'd like to become.
The Science of Perfect Weight, Bob Proctor and Melonie Dodaro
This book, written by one of my mentor's, Bob Proctor, is the inspiration behind My Perfect Weight Wellness Program. The book
takes a closer look at how our inner thoughts, self-image, and paradigms create our physical body. These thoughts cause us to
act a certain way, and acting a certain way produces certain results. To make lasting change, we must first become aware of
our limiting beliefs and work to change them.
The Eat Clean Diet Cookbook, Tosca Reno
This is one of my favourite cookbooks. Many of our family meals come from Reno's delicious creations. The colourful, inspiring
cuisine teaches you that nutritious food is all about good taste, texture, and quality ingredients. Also, carbohydrates are
not the enemy, but processed foods are. Learn to make whole grains like quinoa, your new best friend.

The Power of Positive Thinking, Leslie Gordon Christie
It's that little voice that whispers when you least want to hear it, echoing all of your fears, doubts, and insecurities. You
know that voice, the one that talks you out of making positive changes in your life, telling you you're going to fail before
you try, everyone's going to laugh at your great idea, or you're not worthy of a living a life full of success and
happiness.
